Due to the limited space in our lobby, we will only allow one person in the building at a time. You will still need to call when you arrive, and we will let you know when it is safe to come in the building.
-
If there is someone already in the building, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and one of our staff members will notify you when you and your pet are able to come in.
-
Pick up for all food and medications will remain curbside. Please make sure to call ahead so we can have them ready for pick up.
-
If you prefer, we would be more than happy to perform your pet’s appointment completely curbside. Just let our staff know when booking the appointment or when you arrive.
-
During our Poke-N-Go Vaccination clinic every 2nd Saturday of the month, all appointments will remain curbside due to space limitations.
